RANCHO PALOS VERDES, Calif. (KTLA) ? Police are investigating a brazen home invasion robbery that took place in Rancho Palos Verdes Tuesday night.
It happened around 8 p.m. at a home in the 4200 block of Mira Leste Drive.
According to authorities, two suspects knocked on the door and then forced their way inside the house.
A man, his wife and their daughter were all home at the time.
They were apparently forced into a back bedroom, and the suspects then spend several hours ransacking the house.
They took an unknown amount of money. It wasn?t known if anything else was stolen.
The man was able to get out to a neighbor?s house to call police around 10:30 p.m. when they no longer heard any noise.
None of the residents were injured in the robbery. Anyone with information is asked to call the L.A. County Sheriff?s Department?s Lomita Station.
